Welcome! I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Maryland, College Park. I successfully defended my dissertation in August 2014 (expected graduation December 2014). I will be on the job market this fall.
Since September 2014, I have been working as a Research Economist at the UN-FAO's Agricultrual Development Economics Division on the Protection to Production team.
On the PtoP project I am working on studying the microeconomic impacts of cash transfers to vulnerable households in several Sub-Saharan African countries, with a focus on gender, labor, and environmental shocks.
